my 7 year old daughter has 2 permanent teeth coming in behind her baby teeth on the bottom front. do they need to be pulled or let them come out on their own?

It is common to have permanent teeth coming in while the baby tooth is still there. You need to see the dentist and they will then let you know if they have to be removed. Sometimes if the baby tooth is loose, the tooth will fall out. If not, the baby tooth will have to be removed inorder for the permanent tooth to come in straighter.
Like I said, I would go and see the dentist just to make sure and have no further problems in the future.
