Area around molar getting brown

About two years ago i got white fillings put in just under the gum on my molars at the top of my mouth. I have noticed some areas getting brown. i drink a lot of coffee and i am wondering if this is the cause. Is this normal? If not what can be causing this? I am a 37 year old female.

Answer: the browning stain is from your coffee drinks

The stain you are mentioning is from the coffee. It is very normal to have stain, especially from coffee. It can be easily removed when you have a cleaning. The only thing i could suggest is that when you drink the coffee, do not keep around your mouth (swishing), swallow it immediatly. By leaving it in the mouth can cause stains.

Good Luck and do not be alarmed, it is very normal

It is very normal to get coffee stains on white fillings. It is very easy to remove the stains when you have a cleaning. The only thing i could suggest is when drinking coffee is to swallow it immediatly and not swoosh around inside the mouth.
