We believe in providing you with comprehensive treatment plan from restorative to cosmetic dentistry, so you can achieve your optimal dental healthcare. You are never to old for braces. We are finding more and more mature patients wanting to do something not only for themselves but for their health. Getting braces is not just a cosmetic thing, but it allows your teeth to work in the position they were designed and easier to clean. I would recommend looking at Invisalign. They are a set of clear aligners that you change every two weeks and you can take out to eat. No one will even know you are wearing them. As for insurance, there are very few companies that will cover ortho for those over 25. You have to also weight the cost of the insurance and what benefit it will give you. I am a Fort Lauderdale Invisalign Dentist that has done Invisalign on patients of all ages. Dr Yani McConnell www.YaniDMD.com
