Loose teeth
I very much loosened my two front bottom teeth pulling a tight ring off my finger. This happened 4 days ago. They hurt and can\'t be used at all. Will they tighten back up on their own if I leave them alone ? I am a 48 year old female.

Usually they will tighten up, but to make sure you did not do any damage, go and see the dentist so he/she will take 1 x-ray to make sure you did not do damage on the root of the tooth.
Like you said its been 4 days and still hurt, the hurt should have subside by then. That is why i am recommending you to see the dentist to make sure everything is good.
Do not do that again, as you may break the tooth or the root of the tooth.
