My daughter is no longer getting treatment
I paid my half for my daughter's braces. Her dad signed a contract for his half. He has not been paying. She is not receiving treatment and she has a gap between her front teeth and loose teeth, etc. What can I do about this?

I would go and see the orthodontist and tell him/her your situation, It is not fair that your daughter is put in the middle of this because of money issues cause by her father.
Most orthodontist will continue with the treatment with a monthly payment, do not go to long before seeing the orthodontist so your daughter can continue the treatment.
If money is the issue, then ask the orthodonist if they can remove them and give her a retainer to hold everything in place until a later time to finish.
The gap that you mentioned can be corrected pretty easy by having the orthodontist put on a attach rubberbands across.
