Resin on receded gum
hi, my name is oliver and im 23 years old. i have 7 receding gums. and a dentist put resin on upper tooth number 12 clearly needed gum grafts. i was no satisfied. the others upper right 4 and 5. i am going to get gum grafts on these teeth. i was wonder if i can have these bonding removed without my teeth being damaged? their are placed on top of the tooth near the gum line. please help me.

Most dentist will try and do the bonding material first to see that it will help you. Gum grafts are expensive and require some care.
If you do the gum graft, they will remove all the bonding material on the tooth first and then do the graft.
It will not damage the tooth to remove the bonding material, but the tooth may become very sensitive as there in no enamel on the tooth. There is 2 part of the tooth, the hard enamel that we see when we smile and then when the gum recede, the part that becomes sensitive usually is the dentin ( no enamel left)
Try and not to remove the bonding material untill you getting the graft
