Sever pain in my front and bottom teeth

Hiii, Lately I have been experiencing severe pain in all of my front and bottom teeth. The pain is unbearable and no pain killers work. I am only 20 years of age but when I got my first set of teeth they were quite brittle and porous. My parents had taken me to a dental clinic but they never found what caused the teeth to be like that. What can be the cause for this?

It is hard to explain the pain or if it is being caused by the structure of your teeth.  I suggest having a dentist take radiographs of your maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth.  As far as the structure of your teeth, there are multiple genetic and congenital conditions that affect permanent teeth prior to their eruption.  Enamel hypoplasia results from environmental insults during development.  These include things such as infection, toxins such as lead or mercury, medications given systemically, fluoride, and prematurity.  There are also several enamel defects, Amelogenesis imperfecta.  This results in an enamel that appears more yelow or brown and is easily worn away.  By the description you gave, this may be what you are experiencing.  There are also numerous dentin defects such as Dentinogenesis imperfecta and dentin dysplasia.  Resotrative procedures can be recommended to protect your teeth and are esthetically pleasing.  Its best to schedule a consultation with a cosmetic dentist, he/she will be able to diagnose the pain as well as discuss treatment options with you.
