Dentists order the kit usually with either 22% or 36% carbamide peroxide gel. The kit includes 10 mL 36% carbamide peroxide teeth whitening gel, one set of thermoforming mouth trays, a whitening accelerator light, 3 mL remineralizing gel, a mouth tray storage case, instructions, and a zippered storage case. Typical results are 4-5 shades whiter teeth in approximately 3-10 days of daily use.
