Orthognathic Surgery

Comments: I go in for my surgery tomorrow (13 Dec 2011) and thought I'd make a video about a few of the details. I'm having a 3-piece Le Fort I on my upper jaw (maxilla) and a bilateral sagittal split osteotomy on my lower jaw (mandible). The lower jaw procedure may be changed depending on how the teeth are lining up and how the upper jaw looks during surgery but basically, it should fix my problems and make me able to eat and chew and speak and smile comfortably again. I'll be posting more information and shortly after my surgery I'll work on a new website I'm building for all the info and resources I have found, created, adjusted, etc. Hopefully, others will find it beneficial!
