Dental emergency happening now. What would you do in SHTF

Comments: If you were having a emergency now and there would be no help what would you do? Wife bit into a frozen snicker bar and cracked a tooth now has swelling and pain. If you could not go to a dentist why long term options can you think of? also look on the net and get the free books where there is no doctor, and where there is not dentist. I would teat the infection and pain as best as i could. then try to remove the tooth. Its at the gum line so I cant grab it with tools. Im ordering a dental set right now on eBay im thinking ( In a SHTF NO HELP COMING EVENT) I would epoxy something to it so i could pull it out.
