Bone Graft - Block Ramus Graft Fixation and Closure
Comments: Here is the final video of the ramus graft that I performed. Notes: Use 2 screws vs one to fixate, Platelet Rich Plasma will may aid in healing, I used Vicryl 5-0 sutures. We use vicryl b/c we want to ensure that the sites will be closed beyond the usual lifetime of gut sutures (approximately 3 weeks before suture removal) |
