IMDO statistics for Tamara before and after jaw distraction surgery for overbite correction

Comments: This is a complex analysis comparing before and after 3D scans taken of a 13 year 8 month old female. She had mandibular asymmetry, and was distracted 12.5mm on one side, compared with 8.5mm on the other side, to achieve perfect mandibular symmetry. The analysis shows some reasonably complex tooth movements occurring, with overall treatment from a severe Class II Div 1 malocclusion, conversion to a simple Class I occlusion, occurring over 56 days of total treatment time. The analysis would be suitable for orthodontists or surgeons in explaining to patients the complex dynamics that are occurring with IMDO and tesseract modifications of the lower facial skeleton.
