How to treat a missing tooth?
I am 62 and an upper tooth, I believe its referred to as #4 by dental professionals, just fell out due to age and recession of my gums. I cannot afford implant or a bridge right now, perhaps in 3-6 months. what treatment do I use on the hole in my mouth in the meantime and is there any danger of infection? This just happened this morning. Thank you very much

See if you talk to the dentist and tell him what is going on, they may be able to get you a partial with the missing teeth for you at a reasonable price. And then when you are ready do what the dentist can do for you permantly.
Wearing a partial is not a bad idea for you till you know what you would like to do and get your mouth ready and be prepare for the expense of a bridge or implant.
