20 with Impacted tooth in Thailand - Need your HELP

Hi! My name is Dvir, I'm a 20.5 years old entrepreneur living in bangkok, thailand. I have an impacted tooth and I need your help. So I have 2 wisdom teeth still inside my mouth, as the scan shows, one is fine and one is, well, not so fine. The images can be also found online here: https://imgur.com/a/R1OYh (the last pic is the newest one) I wanted your opinion on this question: Should I remove the tooth on the L side (the one that's half lying) or can I still pull it to the proper position? I've had the mini surgery that connects the tooth with the braces TWICE yet it came out twice, the 2nd time took only 2 months! I'm very into health, and I absolutely do not want to remove my beautiful tooth. I've been to 4 dentists in the last 2 days in bangkok, and wanted an unbiased opinion that wouldn't make $$ as a result. I recently moved here permanately from Israel Again to sum it up, what do you recommend with that tooth? I attached more images with the dates to give you a better understanding. Here it is Age 19 - Discovered I had the two impacted teeth, began treatment in israel, bad dentist. traveled 4 months so treatment was stopped, and also things didn't move because of dentist I believe, that's why in 1.5 years my tooth didn't move as much. July 2014: 2nd time I had tooth exposure mini surgary to put a brace on the impacted tooth to pull it to the right place. Sep 2014 - present: I move to thailand and will continue my dental treatment here. I did xray and discovered the previous july 2014 surgery failed and the tooth was disconnected again. I also have a front bite, when my teeth close the top ones are further away from the bottom jaw teeth. Your opinion - please!
