I dont think my ortho did a correct procedures on my overbite case

this is my 2nd time having braces for my overbite problem.. and this time i think my ortho did not make any sense on her procedure on my overbite problem... she removed my left and right pre-molar so that my teeth will be move inward, my ortho says, and after 2 1/2 year, yes my upper teeth did move a little bit but whenever i look at the mirror i can still notice a bulgy mouth on my face and it doest look good, specialy when i look my self on the sideview, and my lower teeth seems like not in straight line, maybe because the brackets are not properly in the right place, ive also notice each time my bracket is removed, they are not using any measurement tool to putback the bracket again, they just put the bracket anyway, and they made me pay for a splint (made of acrylic maybe)when they put my braces on before, i had a slint for 2weeks only because the splint did horible result so my ortho requested me to removed it and never use again until now....
