Are my braces even working?

Hello! My braces were put on July 2011, and I'm scheduled to get them removed Summer 2014! I had four teeth removed, two being adult teeth. I got them on and saw big changes. However my orthodontist retired and a new one came! It was probably around September or October 2012 he retired. Then, this young guy came in, and ever since my brackets keep popping off like its nothing! My wire keeps coming out of place, and I swear my teeth are getting crooked again! My new orthodontist sucks! They aren't doing anything to improve it, and I have a bad overbite! And I used to have buck teeth, and now they just appear bigger to me. When my old orthodontist was still there, I had chains and my front teeth appeared normal! Now they seem bigger! Maybe I'm just imagining it, but I don't even chew gum, nor anything hard or popcorn. I obey the rules on that stuff! Yet my brackets keep falling off and becoming loose! And the worse is that they get mad! But it's there work! Will my brackets falling off and wire becoming out of place pro long my treatment? Please REPLY ASAP!
