Can you please give me sone advice on my braces?

Hi, I Currently have braces fitted and have done for around two years. I have had various permanent teeth removed for the top and bottom set in order to make room to move the teeth. I have a large overbite so the idea is to push the top teeth back. My 4 front teeth are together then there are gaps (one side fairly large as it is taking longer to close) on either side. I haven't been able to get to my dentist in 4 months, initially because I was out of work and was unable to make my payments and now because the dentist is closed. The company is not offering me any kind of advice. Recently I have noticed the the front teeth..either one or both, is making a clicking noise and I can feel a bit of pressure. I'm scared that the teeth will loosen as they have no support and the wires cant be tightned. Could this lead to me losing a tooth or teeth. How long would this process take. If you could please help. Thankyou.
