Could my braces be broken?
Hello! I got my braces on the 10th of November, and it's currenty the 28th of November. People say that braces hurt a lot the first week, about 7-8 days. However, from my own experience, it only hurt for 2 days. My teeth moved quite a lot the first week, but I haven't seen any change since. Could my braces be broken or is this normal? My next checkup is on the 7th of January and I want to make sure I dont wear broken braces right now. I have brushed my teeth everyday, atleast 2 times a day with 3 different brushes and mouth wash. I have been touching the back of my braces quite a lot with my fingers since food had gotten stuck in the very back of my mouth. The archwire was quite annoying so I have been touching that. Maybe I pushed it and broken the braces, because the end part feels a lot shorter and I can barely feel the end anymore. Should I contact my orthodontist or should I not worry about it?
