Damon Q and Damon Clear time wearing

Hello. I'm considering to get braces but i have a question which i can't get straight from different orothodonts i consulted. I live in Belarus so the medical situation in our country is a lot worse if we compare to usa and what bugs me is this: is there any time difference wearing damon Q braces compared to damon clear? I had 5 different consultations with different orthodontists and their opinion is vary a lot. I have quite an easy situation with my teeth so all of them agree that i can choose whatever i want from those two, but a lot of them tell me that damon Q(metal ones) work like 20-40% faster aka the job will be done in less amount of time compared to ceramic damons. I searched alot in the internet to find any proof of that and i did not find any difference in time wearing between damon q and damon clear so that it basically means that they work same the amount of time and equally effective and clear ones are just more beautiful and more expensive. Only 1 orthodont from all my 5 consulations told me that there's 0 difference between them in terms of effectiveness and time and it's my choice if i wanna get prettier ones(more expensive tho) or cheaper ones(metalic). So i'd like an opinion of a good orthodont about it: does damon q and damon clear have same effectiveness(aka i have to wear them both the same amount of time and none of them are faster than another) or they differ and if so - how?
