From what you are saying that when you bite down, one of your upper teeth goes behind your bottom teeth. Its means that you have a crossbite. I would need to know if this is your permanent teeth?
If they are your permanent teeth, then i would suggest to make a appointment with a orthodontist for a usually FREE consultation. They will be able to diagnose you and give you the best advice on how to treat a crossbite. The younger you are, the easier it is to correct the crossbite and help the rest of the permanent teeth to erupt properly.
