Lost Retainer, Can New Retainer Put Teeth Back In Place?
I recently got my bottom retainer off and lost them but still have my top braces on. My tooth that was in between two teeth,and shows behind those two teeth have grown back to how it was. If i get my retainer now for the bottom teeth would it go back to how it was?

Answer: Get a new retainer as soon as possible

I am not sure why you did not get your bottom teeth with braces also. But your orthodontist probably figured that he/she can correct your bottom teeth with a retainer. You must go and get another retainer made for your bottom teeth. When you remove the retainer your teeth will try and move back to where they were. That is why it is so important to listen to the orthodontist when they tell you to wear it full time. When moving teeth your gum tissues becomes soft and it takes a while for the gum tissues to firm again, therefore you must wear the retainer full time. Good Luck and do what they tell you, alot of people loose their retainers and get new ones.
