My Lateral Incisor is behind my Central Incisor
So I just got braces last April 6, 2011. My problem is that myy lateral incisor is behind my central incisor. My dentist did not give me rubber bands or something. My left central incisor is not align with my right central incisor. My left lateral incisor is behind my left central incisor. What should I do???

You just mentioned that you just got your braces on 2 weeks ago. Most treatment take 2 years and sometimes more. There are many steps we have to take until we are ready to move you lateral tooth in the correct position. Usually the first step is to have all your teeth in the correct level and then we usually move the teeth into the correct space. You will be wearing rubberbands to help move it ONLY when the time is ready with the rest of the teeth. It will take time and have patience. JUST rember that you will have the perfect smile for the rest of your life. When at your next appointment ask the orthodontist what he is doing so you can understand how the treatment works.
