My permanent retainer broke and teeth have shifted

I got my braces off four months ago and in the last week or so my upper fixed bonded retainer (only spans across front 5-6 teeth) broke. I have noticed that my upper right and left central teeth have gaped a little more then before and also that my upper left and right lateral have both shifted toward some and my upper right lateral has gone forward so much that there\'s a large gap between the teeth next to it. I have a clear retainer that I also wear. I have been wearing it but now because the teeth shifted the second I take it out my teeth go back to this incorrect shifted position. I have a appointment schedule but I really want to know what\'s going on before I walk in and what my options are. I would like to fix the shift. Will Invisalign be needed to do so? Is there something my orthodontist can add to my fixed bonded retainer to correct the shift? Will I need braces again?!? Please let me know of any idea that\'s come up without me needing braves unless you think I really REALLY need them agains.
