Pulling teeth AFTER braces?
I am going in to put on braces for the first time on Saturday. The orthodontist said that I would have to pull 4 teeth, but he said the braces will come on first BEFORE extracting teeth. How does this work?? I wish to get the braces properly set up before November 7th (Oct 2nd I put on braces)as I have a wedding to stand at, is this possible?

Answer: It is common to pull teeth while having braces on
By
It is common to have braces put on and then have your teeth extracted. Every orthodontist has their own treatment plan for patients, but overall the treatment is usually the same. I notice that you wrote that you had a wedding to attend first. I would call the orthodontist and tell him/she of your plans and they will co=operate with you. I would get my teeth removed first( because of the wedding you need to attend to) and then possible have the braces put on after the wedding. But like I said you need to ask the orthodontist if this is good for you. There is always a reason for doing what he/she needs to do first. Call them and tell them of your plans is the best solution for now. Good Luck and now you are on the way to having the perfect smile for the rest of your life.
