Answer: Having Braces removed

By Sarah h
Dental Professional

If you are unable to return to the previous Orthodontist in order to have the brackets and wires removed, you can ask for a referral.  It is imperative to have the brackets removed in order to prevent further damage to the teeth and caries around the brackets.  If you cannot make the trip to your previous office, another provider will be able to remove the brackets at an additional cost.
