What should I do if I have a tooth growing while my braces are on?

A year and a half ago, I had eight teeth extracted in the hospital. Four of them could be visibly seen and four of them were underneath the gums. The extraction was due to the lack of spacing in my mouth and the fact that I was 14 and still had four of my baby teeth left. And if those four were extracted, the new four adult teeth would come through and there was not enough space for them either. The procedure meant my gums were stitched up and the rest of my teeth could space out, ready for braces. However my first appointment with my orthodontist showed that a tooth was growing through the lower jaw, so putting braces there was delayed until the tooth came through. Now after 7 months of braces on the upper jaw, another tooth is growing, despite having the tooth that was meant to be growing there, extracted. Should I have my braces removed if it affects the movement of my teeth, or will it not have an effect? My next appointment is in four months and by then, I presume the tooth will have grown.
