Dry Socket 2 Days After Extraction
i just had a tooth extraction and its the 2 day and i have bad olor and taste on my mouth can it be a dry socket but i have no pain at all .. my jaw is red and got a blister on the side of jaw where i got the extraction

The blister is just from working in your mouth, it is nothing to be concerned about and should clear up within 5-7 days on its own. Warm salt water rinses will help keep the extraction sites clean and free of debris. If you has a dry socket, you would more than likely be experiencing some pain. If there is food or debris that is in the socket from eating, as it decomposes, it can give a foul odor or taste. If the salt water rinses do not clear up the odor you are experiencing, schedule a follow-up with your dentist to be seen and be sure there is no infection present.
