Wisdom extraction problems going on 3 weeks

Pain still at 3 weeks after procedure. A clot was found and grew to size of a molar during 2nd week. Was removed and cleaned. Another formed at cheek and another socket. Was cleaned and resutured. Stronger pain after this procedure, plus now swelling on newly cleaned socket and cheek. Gum had swell over part of molar that is front of the extracted wisdom. Had been taking ibuprofen 800, then alternate btween ibuprofen and acetaminophen to control pain This slow leak to form a clot outside suture had me concerned that a clot never formed in the first place. The 3 other sockets seemed to be healed now and problem with this one and the cheek still exist. Had been rinsing with salt and using ice packs. 1) Can diluted clove oil help control pain at this point? I ask but don't know where to get it. 2) Is this just a normal but very slow recovery and everything will be ok ? 3) Is there something that can be used to help form a clot in the socket because of this big-clot-growing-outside-suture iincidents ? Updated surgeon but don't always answer. Never said my child ( teen) had dry sockets nor infection. 4) what can be done as there is still pain (if with medicine then a low pain..3 or so.. ) and swelling. Afraid a slow clot is still developing behind suture and therefore the current swelling. Please advice. Thank you in advance.
