Pulsing tooth Pain
hello, i had a filling in my right upper front tooth 6 years ago and i haven't had any problem until 3 days ago. I feel pain and a numb feeling. Also i feel like a pulsing from time to time, and whet i pres my palate with my tongue i feel pain. What can cause all that? what can i do about it? thank you

Try and go and see the dentist as soon as possible, they will need to take a x-ray to make sure nothing is wrong.
It is possible that the nerve is dying on the tooth and will need a root canal, or possible that you have a hairline crack or decay.
From the sound of what you are saying, to me without seeing you sounds like you may have a hairline fracture on the tooth. It is repairable.
