No you should not die from this. Chances are you have an infection or an abscessed tooth. Some people do not have an pain from them just notice a little pimple in gumline or the draining of the infection. You may notice a bad taste in your mouth or notice you have ad breath that wont go away with brushing your teeth. The will not go away on its own. You need to go to the dentist to have it checked. They will take a xray or 2 and determine if you have an infected tooth and where its coming from. If it is draining it can cause problems to other teeth if not taken care off. Chances areyou will need a root canal and they will send you toan endodontist or they may do it on their own. IF you leave this go you can end up with a swollen cheek or gums and in alot of pain. You may need an antibiotic to take care of the infection before they do any work on it. Even though taking the antibiotic and you may seem it goes away but you still need to have it taken care of. dont let it go!
