Worried about possible abscess

I have been dealing with a tooth that has a crown over a filling over 10 years old, which started bothering me about two months ago. I have been trying holistic healing methods, and they seemed to be working. I have done this because of course I'd prefer to avoid antibiotics and dental surgery, etc., but I do have an appointment with my dentist tomorrow to have x-rays and evaluation. In the meantime, though, I'm getting really worried about some of my symptoms. I have no fever, swelling, or pain, I can chew without pain. However, I have a pressure sensation inside my head, around my eye on that side, even the back of my skull. I have ringing in my ears, and when I move my eye back and forth it seems like there's a dark spot in the center of the visual field. I am TERRIFIED that rather than abscessing the normal way, this molar is pouring the pus right into my head and causing widespread infection! Is that possible? Have you ever heard of such a thing happening? My balance also seems a bit off, my energy level is low, and my appetite decreased. Should I just go to my walk-in clinic or ER and be seen right away rather than waiting until tomorrow? I'd hate to think I'm causing more damage in waiting. (Tooth number 15)
