can I change orthodontist, in braces & everything is going wrong

I'm in desperate need of help. I'm currently in braces w/ an orthodontist & he says I will need jaw surgery eventually. He has expanded my teeth/bite even more & I can barely survive his treatment. I'm in a monster bite now (gigantic) and I presented w/ him a large bite and he made it longer even longer. I don't know what to do? Can barely speak, eat, move my head & he's making me worse. At this point I want my top teeth out just to get relief because this is going so very wrong. I think I'm over this orthodontist head & don't know what to do. Please advice. I'm a very chronic case so a lot of dentists won't touch me. Do you know of any where I can get my top teeth removed. Please help, I'm desperate. Thank you much.
