Dealing with same abscess for 3+ years, help!

Help! I've been struggling with on-again off-again dental abscesses (in my two front teeth) for 3+ years. I'm unemployed and have no insurance, but most dental clinics deny me service (based on the fact that I don't even have medicaid, which I'm working on, and that my boyfriend makes too much money, which I might add we can barely afford to feed ourselves). I've been prescribed amoxicillin in the past, and it has helped with infections but has never completely eliminated them. I almost always get prescribed this from emergency room visits, as I cannot afford a regular doctor or dentists, even with finance options. I guess what I'm afraid of the most is, honestly, dying before I can get any treatment. I'm so scared and I do not know where to turn. I've attempted to lacerate them myself once or twice, and while that may help for a while, it always comes back. Now one of them randomly drains, and I try and aid it along but to no avail. What can I do? I'm so scared. On a side note, I'm also having excruciating pain in my back right molars and top right canines. It's making it hard to sleep; I've been swishing with vanilla extract, salt water, and vodka, which helps for a while but it's unbearable. I'm truly at a loss for what to do.
