Lower Mandibular Advance after Braces?

Back 6 years ago I had braces put on and then I had them removed after they fixed my malocclusion. Before I had the braces I had an severe overbite and before I had the braces put on I had the option to have a lower jaw advancement surgery in order to line my upper and lower jaw properly, however I was young and begged my parents not to have surgery done and they agreed. After the braces I wish that I would have had the low mandibular advance because now I have a weak chin and a weak jawline. Is it possible for me to have the jaw advancement surgery done even though I have already had my braces. I would not mind getting braces back on if it meant that I was able to have the surgery. When I bring my lower jaw forward it makes my face look so much better because it correctly defines my jawline and chin(I think it makes my face how it should look. I have been looking around and saw that my orthodontist took a common root for camouflaging a larger problem. My orthodontist removed two upper teeth before I had braces put on and then he proceeded to straighten the teeth. After that he used rubber bands to bring the teeth into a somewhat correct bite(I still have a slight overbite). I don\'t think my upper and lower jaw are lined up correctly after this method of braces which is why my jawline and chin appear to be weak. Is it possible for me to have jaw advancement surgery still?
