What is the best option for me bike accident?

Unfortunately, I got into this bike accident and broke the roof part of my jaw, one front tooth was pushed back, the other front tooth was chipped, and one of my fangs pushed up and in.... I was rushed to the ER where they immediately brought back my front tooth that was pushed back (within the 2hr frame) and put a splint across them so that the gum around it can heal properly and tight.... Well, two days later the splint fell off.... I went to see a dentist and he said I might need a root canal for the one that was pushed back initially and the fang that was pushed up and in..... So two root canals total.... He said he didn't need to put the splint back on because it had healed nicely (there was still swelling and inflammation of the gums).... Finally, a whole week later, the pain has subsided a lot, two of my teeth are feeling better.... Yet, the one that was pushed back that was popped back into place at the ER is feeling more loose and I think that 2nd splint would have been helped. Some people are telling me it's done for, to skip the root canal on that one and get an implant.... Others are saying the tooth can be saved. It's still loose, no splint, and it doesn't hurt either.... What do I do?
