Which options should I go for: surgery or no surgery?

HI! I would like some advise. I went to see 2 different orthodontist and they gave me 2 very different way to treat my condition. I have an overbite and that might be one of the reason that I do snore. Me teeth close correctly together (no problem to eat).When I was very young, a dentist removed my tooth number 33 because of crowding (now all dentists tell me that he shouldn\'t have done that be its done). One of the orthodontist told me that I might not require a jaw surgery and he suggested to start with invisalign and to just move all my teeth straight (not removing any teeth or adding any teeth. He thinks that by moving my teeth straight it might close a bit the gap between my lower and upper teeth. The other orthodontist told me I require a jay surgery. He would put me braces on and then remove my tooth number 44 or 45 (to correct the fact that my tooth number 33 is missing), and then I would have a jaw surgery and continue treatment with braces. The thing is, I really am scared about the surgery. I don\'t really want to do it. But I want to do this right. also, the option of having invisalign is very good. What is your opinion. Thanks
