Which ortho would you recommend?

I had braces for the second time around as an adult and I wasn’t happy with my teeth so I went to: The first ortho: she said my bottom teeth are not straight and that’s why my permanent retainer is bulky, I would need Invisalign lite 14 trays and have the TAD/Forsus on it. The second ortho said: The Invisalign treatment plan that I had recommended for you consisted of Invisalign, alone, without any auxillary appliances. As I noted in your report, we MAY need to do some (minimal) enamel re-contouring between select teeth. In addition, we sometimes ask patients to wear rubber bands to help get teeth seated during the finishing stages. The root torquing that we discussed for your lower front tooth will be programmed into the Invisalign aligners. TAD is a temporary implant placed into the bone that would be used to anchor the Forsus appliance. The Forsus is an appliance normally used to promote forward growth of the lower jaw in growing patients. Your lower jaw and bite in the back looked fine to me, and you are not growing....so I am not clear on why that was recommended for you. My question is: do I get any treatment at all as I don’t want to make anything worse and if so what ortho would you recommend?
